Neal Kelley, Senior Training Consultant, SummaSource at Auburn University Montgomery Topic: "Achieving Desired Results Through Crucial Accountability" In studying hundreds of projects across various industries and organizations, researchers discovered that a predictor of success was whether team members could effectively have accountability conversations that would achieve desired results. Utilizing principles from Patterson, Grenny, Maxfield, McMillan, and Switzler’s Crucial Accountability, and other best practices of leadership, this session will explore how to prepare for an accountability conversation, identify practices for navigating an accountability conversation, and follow up in way that will lead to desired performance and results. Bio: Neal Kelley serves as a Senior Training Consultant for SummaSource at Auburn University at Montgomery. He is also the Director of the nationally accredited Certified Public Manager Program facilitated by AUM.
