Speaker:  Matthew Dolan

BIO: Mr. Matthew Dolan is a collaborative, result-focused leader, with comprehensive skillsets concerning Air Force active duty and civil service. His years of experience and professional style have been proven to create competence, instill confidence, and inspire teams to exceed in stakeholder expectations. Mr. Dolan currently serves as a certified Senior Scrum Master and Enterprise Agile Coach for Lockheed Martin and has formerly held several noteworthy positions in his prior service with the United States Air Force. Not only is Dolan a graduate of Troy State University, he's also a certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum master and Professional Consultant (SPC), who's also achieved certification as a DAWIA Program Management Level III professional with an additional speciality in Kanban Professional Management (KPM).   

Dolan is a highly sought-after advisor and coach who solves complex problems from a systems view, leveraging the analytical mindset surrounding organizational politics and strategic leadership. Some of his accolades include the Air Force Commendation Medal, and the 2019 AFLCMC Outstanding Acquisition Staff award. Having broad expertise in service and system acquisitions, contract formation, source selection, and Agile implementation, Dolan comes to us with a wealth information to share that's rooted in statutory and regulatory guidance, specifically in Federal operations and the Department of Defense (DoD).
