Topic: Aim Small to Go Fast
Presenter: Jason Knight, Project Manager/Scrum Master @ Southern Company
Description of presentation:
Fast delivery is a natural outcome of building smaller. Given two things of the same size, Agile approaches in-and-of themselves are no faster than other approaches. We get speed by building smaller “Minimal Viable Products” that provide real value to the user.
