Below is a message from the 2019 PMI South Alabama Chapter President, Paula Hills.

Chapter Members,

As 2019 ends and 2020 begins, I would like to take this opportunity to reflect on our chapter's progress and say what a rewarding year it has been to serve as your 2019 president. 

Our chapter remains a small chapter with many more potential growth opportunities.  As you undoubtedly have heard, 2019 provided us with an increase in chapter membership and participation.  We were able to host nine PDU dinner events, three PDU networking events, and one 9 PDU seminar this year.  Additionally, we were able to support several Global PMI sponsored Programs (e.g. Military Outreach Program) and establish our PMI DA Champions – Disciplined Agile (DA) program) - more to come on these programs in the new year.  What a success the support of our chapter volunteers has brought us!

As we begin the new year please look to our new board for strong leadership and another events filled year.
